DESCRIPTION:Summer Sling Okedo Workshop\nSaturday 8th August 10.30am – 12.00pm\n£15 per person \nKatsugi okedos are drums which the player ‘wears’\, carried by a strap that hangs the drum at an angle in front of the player. It is a completely different way of playing taiko and this workshop will introduce participants to the basics & fundamentals of playing katsugi okedos. A 1-hour taiko drumming workshop followed by snacks.  This session is suitable for complete beginners\, children must be aged 8 yrs +. Please book in advance\, by Friday 15th August\, by emailing hello@taikosouthwest.org.uk. \nPrices \n1 adult & 1 child – £8.50 \n1 adult & 2 children – £12 \n2 adults & 1 child – £14 \n2 adults & 2 children – £18 \nAny additional children – £3 per child. \nAny additional adults – £6 per adult. \nPrice includes 1 hour of taiko drumming then biscuits\, fruit\, plus either tea\, coffee or squash.
