Katsugi okedos are drums which the player ‘wears’, carried by a strap that hangs the drum at an angle in front of the player. It is a completely different way of playing taiko and this workshop will introduce participants to the basics & fundamentals of playing katsugi okedos. Places must be booked in advance please by Friday 31st July and numbers will be limited. This workshop is not suitable for beginners to taiko drumming. To book please email [email protected].
