Katsugi okedos are drums which the player ‘wears’, carried by a strap that hangs the drum at an angle in front of the player. It is a completely different way of playing taiko and this workshop will introduce participants to the basics & fundamentals of playing katsugi okedos. Places must be booked in advance and numbers will be limited. This workshop is not suitable for beginners to taiko drumming. To book please email [email protected].
